Lately, I have been in a real depressed mood. I believe it’s because I’m not living my life they way I want and they way I should. I bury myself in work some much that I over work myself and then fall completely off the project before completing it. My grandma told me that I was going to have to STOP working on Sundays. I legit panicked lol. It’s like I’m bored and hopeless when I’m not keeping my mind drained in paperwork. Lol crazy.

So when I go out, I’m still thinking about work and my businesses. Then be all in my feelings about how I’m not having a great time and how I rather be home lol.

Staying home, my anxiety, and depression makes me not want to go out the house and not be around many people. Which makes my personal life hard to deal with (because let’s face it, that’s a horrible way to live lol). Which makes me sad and depressed and it puts a strain on my relationship with my boyfriend, family, and friends. And even my businesses.

I’m very thankful that my boyfriend, family, and friends are very understanding during these times it just takes me a while to open up about certain things. So, I finally came to the conclusion that I have to really create the life I want. I honestly can say that I’m not really working towards this goal and it’s really starting to overwhelm me. The life/career I want I have to be very outgoing. I have to always network, connect, and find ways to get my foot in the door. But my social anxiety/depression is keeping me from doing that.

I have to get out the house more and start networking!!! Finish working on my vision board and end this year strong. It starts with identifying and admitting your problem now all I have to do is fix the problem. I’m pretty good with doing something once I’ve put my mind to it. ๐Ÿ˜Š

I’m going to take you guys on my journey with daily/weekly updates on my blog. It’s be different things like routines, schedules, feedback from research of reinventing yourself for the lifestyle you want.
